If you lost access to the email address that you entered when you signed up for an account, then there are two options.
- If you remember your log in credentials and are able to log in to your account, please log in and use My Account, Edit Profile to change your email address.
- If you do not remember your log in credentials and are unable to log in to your account, then send us a support ticket. Our staff will ask you to verify your identity by answering the security questions that you configured on your account. If you did not configure any security questions, then unfortunately the only course of action for us is to cancel your paid access licenses and delete your user account so that you can start over. For account security security reasons we never manually change passwords.
