Why do some of my tweets show as Published in SocialOomph but don't show in my actual Twitter stream?

The reason why that happens is unfortunately a mystery. The only time that our system marks an update as Published is when the Twitter API accepted it for publication. It is impossible to know whether the update got lost somewhere inside Twitter's system, or whether they suppressed the update for some reason, or whether it is not showing in the Twitter stream for some other unknown reason.

The best course of action is to:

  1. Reauthorize access to your Twitter account by using Networks, Connect Social Account, Twitter in the menu. Click the Authorize Access button and follow the authorization prompts. This is just to ensure that the authorization is still current and valid. If that does not solve the problem, then please ask for assistance at https://help.twitter.com.
  2. Reschedule the update for publication at a future date and time. If the update is in a queue reservoir that is recycling used updates, then you don't need to do anything.
