Can I schedule updates only for a Facebook Page / Group and not for my personal Facebook account?

You certainly can.

Select "Networks, Connect Social Account, Facebook" from the menu.

On the next page, click the Login with Facebook button, and in the popup, click Allow to allow our application access to your Facebook account. We need that basic access even if you want to only publish to Facebook pages. Without it we cannot even get the list of pages and groups of which you are an admin.

When the page refreshes, you will see your Facebook pages and groups. Select the checkboxes of the pages that you want to publish to. For each one that you select, the system will create a separate entry in your list of accounts. You will see them in Networks, Manage Connected Accounts.

When creating a new update, simply select that Facebook page or group account from the accounts selection box.
