If you don't remember your login credentials, then there are a few ways to recover them.
If you can remember your login username and the email address you entered when you registered your SocialOomph account, then you can request a new password from the system. It will be sent to the email address on your account. You need to use the password exactly as given. Uppercase must be uppercase and lowercase must be lowercase. Once you've logged in, you can change your password with "My S.O. Account" in the menu.
If you can't remember your login username, then you can ask the system to email your username to you.
If you can't remember the email address that you entered when you registered your account, then submit a help desk ticket and provide us with a Twitter username that you know for certain you have added into your SocialOomph account.
